For same day collection orders must be received by 11am.
We will aim to have your order ready for collection within three to four working hours of receiving your order.
This is subject to stock availability and opening hours. Orders made after 11am will be available for collection the following working day. Orders can only be collected between 8:00am – 4pm.
You will receive an email confirming you have placed your order on our website. We will then either email or contact you by phone, once our team have the order ready for collection.
When collecting your order we need to see a copy of the confirmation email; printed or electronically and a valid form of I.D.; for example, driving license, passport, debit or credit card. We cannot release orders to courier companies or 3rd parties who are unable to provide the correct information needed to verify them.
We can only keep orders for 14 working days, after this time the stock re-allocated and the branch will be in contact to arrange a full refund.
