Delivery Information
Orders received before 10am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 10am will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for late deliveries. All deliveries will take place within 5 to 7 working days from the date your order is processed, unless otherwise advised by a member of our team.
All deliveries take place between 7:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
We only deliver within mainland England, Scotland and Wales.
We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, certain areas of Scotland and offshore locations.
Courier 1 - 3 box Deliveries – Next day
This service is available for small orders ranging from individual products, and also multiple products with a combined maximum total weight of 36kg.
Each box can hold a maximum of 12kg in weight. All orders are calculated based on the products individual weight, therefore some of our larger items are excluded from this service, where the product’s weight exceeds 12kg.
Pallet Deliveries - Tail Lift
For pallet deliveries we will call to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Please ensure you provide an appropriate mobile or landline number at the checkout.
Pallet orders will be delivered by a large lorry with a tail lift to the kerbside only.
The Drop off point is the nearest accessible roadside to the delivery address provided. Please ensure there is suitable access to the delivery address before ordering. You will be responsible for moving your pallet order from kerbside onto your property. The delivery drivers cannot assist with this process.
Please note a signature is required for all deliveries.
Should we have issues with stock or delivery area we will aim to advise within 24 hours by phone or email. We will offer an alternative or full refund.
